I am a senior operations and strategic advisor with experience supporting leaders in complex, regulated, and high-stakes environments, including healthcare, defense, and public-sector organizations. My work focuses on helping leaders translate intent into execution—aligning people, process, and technology while managing the operational and delivery risks that can derail outcomes.

Across my career, I have operated at the intersection of leadership, operations, and delivery. I have worked alongside senior executives, commanders, planners, and operational teams to support planning, implementation, customer and stakeholder operations, and execution discipline in environments where reliability, trust, and judgment matter as much as technical competence.

My role often resembles that of a Chief of Staff–style advisor: helping leaders maintain clarity, prioritize effectively, prepare for decisions, and ensure follow-through across competing demands. At the same time, I have owned hands-on operational and customer delivery responsibilities, serving as a point of accountability for execution, adoption, escalation management, and continuity in mission-critical contexts.

A consistent theme throughout my work is risk awareness without paralysis. I am trusted to anticipate downstream impacts, identify execution and delivery risks early, and put practical mitigations in place—so leaders and teams can move forward with confidence rather than react under pressure.

I bring graduate-level training in counseling and ethics alongside extensive operational experience. This combination has shaped how I lead and advise: with attention to people as well as systems, and with respect for the human consequences of organizational decisions. Whether supporting customers, staff, or leadership, I approach my work with professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.

CSS-LUCAS reflects this advisory model. Engagements may look like senior operations leadership, customer or stakeholder operations, or executive advisory support depending on organizational needs—but the objective is always the same: clear execution, aligned teams, managed risk, and outcomes leaders can stand behind.
